Gallery's Crafts Shipping Policy
At Gallery's Crafts we post out all our orders through Royal Mail, second class.
We aim to process and distribute all orders within 28 working days, due to the nature of personalising & creating your products.
If you need it sooner please ask as some products can be created in a shorter timeframe.
We gladly accept returns and exchanges however there are exclusions and conditions detailed below.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalised orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons) such as face masks
Conditions of Return
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery and return items back within 30 days of delivery.
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
